In the quiet of the Potenza plain, surrounded by old cypresses
and olive trees, is the Cipolla d'Oro, a late nineteenth century
farmhouse, which has been restored respecting tradition in order
to offer country hospitality. Last century's antique furniture
takes you back in time to when the 'vergaro' countryman used to
live on the farm with his family. Traditional dishes all made
with local salami, cheese, meat and fish are a speciality. The
only thing our guests have to do is to sit back and enjoy the
typical food and wines of the Marche region.
