Following the crest of the hill that leads inland from the sea, in about 30 minutes you will reach Macerata, the chief town of the province. Visit the famous city and the Sferisterio.
Leave Macerata for the Chienti Valley in the direction of Foligno. Following the state road 77, you arrive in Tolentino for a visit of the town and the Basilica di San Nicola.
Continuing along the state road you arrive in Camerino. Visit of the city, with a relaxing walk around the historical centre.
Return to Potenza Picena, following the dual carriageway to Civitanova Marche.

4° DAY
From Potenza Picena, take the Regina road, travelling inland to San Severino Marche. Visit the town. Lunch.
In the afternoon, it is possible to visit Cingoli, the "Balcony of the MarcheÓ. From here, in fact, you can enjoy the wonderful view across the countryside to the sea.
To return to Potenza Picena we suggest you travel along the Musone Valley road until Osimo, an interesting city of Roman origins, and then reach the state road 16.
Dinner, walk along the promenade and enjoy some night life, listening to music, dancing or just a drink. Overnight stay.

5° DAY
La Today should be dedicated to a more relaxing excursion. In the morning, a visit around Recanati, birth place of the poet Leopardi. To make your visit even more fascinating, why not read some of LeopardiÕs poetry, such as "L'Infinito" (The Infinite), "Passero Solitario" (The Solitary Thrush), "Il Sabato del villaggio" (Saturday in the village), "A Silvia" (To Silvia), "La quiete dopo la tempesta" (The calm after the storm).
In the afternoon you can go to Loreto to visit the Basilica. Art lovers should also visit the Apostolic Museum to see, amongst other things, six works of art by Lorenzo Lotto. Behind the Basilica, you can look out over the sea from the balcony.
From Loreto you can easily reach the Conero Riviera by travelling along the coast. You will come across the small towns of Numana and Sirolo, and then on to Monte Conero and Portonovo. Throughout the journey, the coast and the views are really unique.
For dinner we suggest you try a fish based menu at one of the restaurants immersed in the countryside.
